StreamLabels provides cloud-based stream overlay widgets and tools for Twitch streamers, including:

• Real-time follower and subscriber labels
• Stream statistics and analytics
• Customizable widget designs
• OBS Browser Source integration
• Event notifications and alerts

Twitch Account Required

To use StreamLabels, you must connect a valid Twitch account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Twitch account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using StreamLabels, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Permitted Uses

You may use StreamLabels for:

• Creating stream overlays for your own Twitch channel
• Displaying real-time stream statistics
• Customizing widget appearance and behavior
• Integrating widgets with OBS or similar software

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use StreamLabels to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our service
• Use another person's Twitch account without permission
• Create fake or misleading stream data
• Spam or abuse our systems
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Violate Twitch's Terms of Service

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties
• Third-party service outages (including Twitch)
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes:

Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Twitch account or contacting us.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to respond to security concerns
• Request account deletion

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will:

• Update the "Last updated" date
• Notify users of significant changes
• Provide reasonable notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kaiserslautern, Germany.

For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
